You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Your name, mobile number, city, profile details, photo, and your study data (attempts, scores, progress, streaks, saved items). Your login is removed so no one can access the account.
How to delete — in the app
Go to Me → Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit. This sends a deletion request to our team for review.
When it happens
Our team reviews and approves requests (usually within 7 days). If a request is not processed sooner, your account and data are deleted automatically within 10 days of the request. You can cancel anytime before then from the same screen.
How to delete — by request
Prefer help? Contact us from Me → Help & Support with your registered mobile number and ask to delete your account. We will confirm and remove it.
What may remain
Only anonymous, non-identifying statistics that cannot be linked back to you may stay for overall app analytics.
Deleting is permanent — your progress, rank, and saved items cannot be recovered afterwards.
